Refund policy
Return/Refund for damaged/defective products
- Return Window: Request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Item must be unused, with tags & original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- Process: Email wearcraftika@gmail.com for return approval. We’ll provide a shipping label for pickup. Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.
- Refund/Exchange: For defective products, share a 360° unboxing video within 24 hours. Only unused items qualify.

Refunds: Issued within 10 business days after inspection. Contact us if not received in 15 days.
Return/Refund for Non damaged/defective products
- Non-Damaged Returns: ₹150 shipping fee deducted; balance issued as a gift card (not applicable for custom-made products). COD charges deducted if applicable.
- No Refunds for Customized Products.
